255's are cheap as ****. i can't imagine he paid more than $70 for a used one. i usually see them around $60 with low usage.

Yup that's what they go for. But if you are going to buy a new pump then you should go with the 465 walboro if you want to go cheap and effective. Otherwise I would say aeromotive or bosch 044 (run 040 in tank to a external 044 and now you have a 1200 hp fuel set up with -8 an. I modified an 044 to run in tank in my Z and it sings to me. Never seen a pump before keep up with high pressures as good as this one under low AMP loads.

That's amazing that your pump fixed your lean issues. I didn't even think about that! Might throw in a 465 as a direct replacement to my car and see what happens.
