Default subarugenuineparts.com is no more?

Subarugenuineparts.com only takes me straight to Michaels Subaru home page. Has Subaru Genuine Parts gone away? Sorry if I missed the memo lol.

Give Michael's a call and let them know they effed up. www.subarupartssource.com is where SubieGal works now. Good prices too!

I think you have one too many S's in the URL. It goes to a registered domain that is not hosting a site.

They have a pretty aggressive return policy there compared to many parts sites these days, read it through before ordering.

https://www.subarupartsource.com/policies/returns

Quote:
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
There is an additional 20% restocking fee for any REFUSED deliveries. Please pay return shipping costs.
Electrical parts are not ever returnable.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% will be applied

This is old but I’ll add my experience. They do have that return policy. However, I messed up and ordered the wrong oil cooler and a couple other parts. I had close to $500 in wrong parts, my mistake. They let me return them all and sent me the correct parts right away. They didn’t charge me anything. I had to pay for shipping but I was more than happy to do that! I just called and explained my situation, the lady I talked to was awsome and very understanding. I hadn’t opened any of them as I realized I made the mistake before they arrived. So that probably has something to do with it.
