Thumbs down

Why did you lock the other one? You bored or something?

It was very informative and I could scroll through it to find things I need. The fact it had conversations about other stuff (wheels, lights, etc) was fine too - it was all germane to the 3G.

Stick to moderating threads about your frigggin bugeye if you're hell bent on closing stuff that no one is complaining about.

Mod powers FTL.

Nick, the guy who provides you this place free of charge has asked us to close down any large threads and relaunch them. If you look at the front page of the Gallery you'll notice quite a few large threads are getting rebooted.

Cheers

I figured it was closed because it had turned into a how HIDs work thread.

And your point is what? Lots of people make money off this site so it's nice when it runs smoothly.

We need to trim down the bigger threads, sorry if this is inconveniencing you.

You can still access the old thread for reference so you haven't lost any information.

something something forum maintenance something something

Apparently, mods lose control over threads when the page count/content reaches a certain limit. I've seen it happen on a bunch of different forums.

Word. Just making the point that it's not Nick's chairitable efforts that keep this site running, it's the dinero flowing from the advertisers and vendors.

Dropped it off at the body shop yesterday, hopefully I'll have it back next week. Not see if the flat black rood and suede headliner, both done this past weekend.
