If you watch that GSXR vid, be sure to watch it until the end. Made me wake my roommate up when I burst out laughing...

YES! I remember that one. He claimed to tune Ferrari's with no software. I looked up his previous threads and they were noob ones about his car not running correctly. Something a "Ferrari tuner" would not have trouble with.

I read about 6 posts on that linked Cobalt forum with the turbo turning into a supercharger. I can't handle that amount of stupid.

He does drive a lexus and I've seen a ton of 2jz single turbo is300s but still this kid is a complete douchebag and looks like he's 16, what parent in their right mind allows their kid to have such a fast car??? Yea I'm pretty sure that number is not active anymore haha.

Edit: Just realized this is a sc300/400, it's probably slow, not very many people mod these things.... just saying.

SC300 comes with a 2JZ in it. the SC300 is the Lexus version of the Supra. If i recall correctly its suspension and chassis and all that is the same. It just didn't come in a turbo model, and 90% are automatics. A turbo conversion is very easily done though.

You are an idiot. Plenty of people mod sc300's. you don't see a lot of them for the same reason you don't see many supras .... There aren't many.

I never said it wasn't done and I never said the sc300 didnt come with a 2jz I knew that, the 400 didn't obviously. I just have yet to see a modded sc300 except for on the internet.

I see a supra just about every damn day out here in maryland. I have yet to see a modded sc300 and the car scene here is pretty damn big comparative to other places.

^maybe seeing the same few supras?

Assuming we are talking Mk4s I've read several sources that state the number of vehicles sold in North america totaled about 13,000 and this source claims a little over 11,000 of those were in the US:

http://www.suprahardtopregistry.com/

number of SC300/400s sold in the US is almost 73,000 according to wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lexus_SC
I can't find a source as to how many of those were 300s, but needless to say the lexus is a lot more abundant than the supras, thats for sure!

we didn't get the sc300 (i dont think?), but there are a ton of modded soarers where I live and very few supras. Grandpas drive the sc400
