HID install ?
Anyone install an HID system in their car? I'm talking about the real thing not the PIAA Superwhites or Raybrig Superblues (they are just bulbs not true HID).

Somebody on this site actually was selling the modified Sylvania HID kits. His were already made to fit the H4 holes and everything. You may want to do a search and just simplify things and get a kit from him. I was thinking of doing it at a later date as well.

it almost appears that the real secret to getting that full range of light from the HID is more dependent on the housing you use and not just the light itself..
i wonder if the HID's would be any better in a the twin-headlamp setup for an impreza. on all other cars the focal beam HIDs seem allot brighter than just in a standard housing HID types |

scoobed was the one sellinh these kits. They are $550 a kit. That's an awesome price for these lights. I've seen them first hand and they are worth it. The bulbs have a 10 year life!! Takes minutes to install.
You can email him directly at [email protected]. I plan on buying these when my bulbs blow. |
