Default Mailbox is full....Mailbox is full....Mailbox is full....

Mailbox is full....

I've gotten this message every time I've tried to PM anyone in the last week.

Is there anyway the server can be modified to be proactive on this instead of reactive?

The idea being, instead of telling someone their mailbox is full on the first message that cannot fit, how about telling them on the last message that fit?

iclub members have to be proactive...

we all have to remember to delete our pm's when sent and received... that is going to have to be the solution at this time.

make sure and check back as far as you can, get rid of the old stuff... i delete as answered trying to keep the volume low...

and... also, allowing you to reatain even more pm's would be too much of a load on the server.....

have a good day all.

actually... why have PMs in the first place? We've all got email, don't we? It seems kind of silly to me to have yet another inbox to have to check. And it does put a lot of load on the server both in terms of disk space and network bandwidth, considering that you get an email anyway when you get a PM... might as well get the text of the PM in the body of the email and be done with it.

Actually getting a email when you get a PM is your choice. That's a option you can turn on or off.

I was getting the same thing, even afetr deleting most of the messages in my inbox. The trick is to go into your "Sent Messages" and delete all of those too. I didn't even know that we had a Sent Messages folder! That fixed it.
