Default Intermittent Mis-fires on deceleration

For about the last week I've noticed Cylinder Roughness on my 15 WRX. It is very intermittent and only happens during deceleration. I have 88,000 miles on this WRX and decided to just changed the spark plugs and coil packs anyways since I was planning on doing it at 100k. I still notice the misfires. I'm thinking there's a possibility on carbon build up, compression or maybe vacuum. Has any one seen or experienced this kind of issue. What gets me is that its only during deceleration. I've stomped on the gas and pull to 135 MPH several times with not a single misfire but when I let off the gas I see the misfire again. It does not happen every time.

How do you know its misfire exactly? Does the engine even inject fuel when there is no throttle and decelerating like engine braking? You already said you changed spark plugs and coil packs and you've said you can really push the car with no issues, I don't think its a misfire it would be more symptomatic.
