Default Leaky slave cylinder?
Hello all,
Around 3 weeks ago I got a new clutch and clutch assembly on my 02 wrx (slave cylinder, master cylinder) done by a reputable shop. In the past week I started noticing some squeaking and resistance in the clutch pedal. Yesterday I decided to go under the car to see if there was anything obvious and I noticed right where the slave cylinder meets the spring (not sure what this is called) there is reddish fluid with some of it dripping down. I’m wondering if this is clutch fluid or grease? And if this could have to do with how the clutch has been feeling? (I have pictures just unsure how to post them) Thanks!
