Default Karting Meet?

Did a quick post search but didn't see anything ... Honestly I'm a bit surprised. Back in the day we used to have Karting meets at F1 Bridgewater but I digress.

Just putting it out there ... Great spot ... Wasn't sure about the electric Karts and all but damn they're fun.

I haven't been to the Wrentham location but have done a bunch of racing at their CT location, the electric karts are much more consistent than the lumpy old four strokes. I'd be up for a meet, though this place is a ghost town these days.

Yes sir, that was the one ... F1 Bridgewater is/was the outdoor track. F1 Boston (which I've still never been to) is indoor ...

Long time no see Paul ... I hear ya on the "Ghost Town", I'm rarely ever in here myself anymore. Considered going to the Oakdale CT location over Halloween but didn't make the journey. They were having unlimited runs on the "Supertrack" for $65 from 3p to 9p ... Now that's a deal!!!

Anyhow, just figured I'd bring it up as I hadn't seen it posted. Really is a good time. Crew is great there and while I feel like the karts could always be faster the fun quotient is off the charts.

Supercharged is a strange place, apparently Montville/Oakdale CT and Wrentham locations are not owned by the same people, so their pricing isn't consistent. The CT location does a lot of deals, including half price gift cards on Black Friday, so you can race there for as little as $5 per race. Hit me up if you ever make the trek to CT, it's not too far from me.

Good to know ... I have never been down your way to go there, only Foxwoods and/or Mohegan Sun which are also out that direction.

Regardless, I will certainly do so when I make it out that way ... I'm a fan of Karting in general so trying out a new spot is right in my "win-win" zone ... LOL

I can do the same for you on either end ... Here or there does not matter to me. I'm simply in it for the good time ...

I'm down as well, and can def bring some former subaru cousins too
the karts at Apex in Marlborough seem slow too, I always enjoed the one in Wallingford CT ( on track karting ) and the F1 the most, supercharged is a great bang for buck, and Ive done the one at foxwoods a couple of times too

Supercharged in wrentham is mad fun. Fast carts. Drift course. Only downside is fake engibe noise. R1 in lincoln ri is way more of a technical racing experience and is also super fun. Id love to do a nesic cart meet for sure! Almost time to put my wrx away for winter tho.

Just as a point of interest, Pioneer Valley Indoor Karting in Hatfield now has an outdoor track that can run stand alone or they sometimes combine the indoor with outdoor for a "super track". They run gas engine karts. I've gone there for years because F1 required everyone to be 18 and I wanted my kids to be able to drive. They can be like 7 at PVIK and get into a junior kart.

The Supercharged locations let little dudes race too, they get their own sessions at slower speeds. It's worth checking out, the tracks are complicated and IMO electric karts are way better than four strokes at these kinds of places.

Hmm... Depending on date, may be in. Wanted to check it out. Used to be part of the regulars at the old one in the trucking terminal next to the Stadium in foxboro.

Heard it's expensive though. $25 per 7 min race. $65 for 3. About an hour away.

PVIK is $10 cheaper/per. But, it's 2 hours away.

*sigh*
