Default 06 Impreza 2.5i , LED signal light suggestions?

Hey,

I would prefer to go LEDs for all my lights, however I understand that I MIGHT need a digital flasher module (so that it blinks at the correct speed) ?

If so, can someone tell me WHERE the existing module resides ?

I'm looking at these :

http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...8-T.htm#photos

and here's the flasher they have :

Any suggestions / help is apreciated,

Spyrule

Flasher relay PN: CF13JL-02

Turn signal bulbs (front and rear) PN: 7443-A45-T

Brake and/or parking lamp bulbs (rear): PN: 7443-R45-T

Back-up bulbs (rear (duh)) PN: 7443-W45-T

This is what you need; trust me.

Why do you say that I can use 7443 bulbs, when all the docs I can find say I should be using 7440... are they interchangable ?

Thanks for the info btw.

You're welcome.

They are not interchangeable per-se. Meaning you can use a 7443 in place of a 7440, but not the other way around.

FWIW, I use only 7443 bulbs as applicable and in place of the 7440 bulbs.

Behind the driver's side lower dash panel and to the right of the steering column.

The OEM flasher relay is held in place with a bracket and bolt. Remove bolt, unplug relay and replace bolt. Install new electronic flasher relay and tuck-up along existing wiring harness. Reinstall lower dash cover.
