Just because....

2008-2011 STi BBS
Size: 18x8.5"
Offset: +55
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Wheel Weight: 20.5 lbs (forged)
OEM-equipped tire size: 245/40R18

My 18x10 SVN-R

I don't know the weight difference in the tires(stock to star spec), but I ran the 265's on the bbs for awhile. So your talking about half# difference with an extra inch and half of wheel. I really didn't notice a change, besides in the corners!

I just want the 18x9.5 to fit good regardless of weight and power loss.

If he has 18x10 SVNs that weigh 21lbs, wouldn't 18x8 weighing 20lbs be okay?

I would think 2" more on the bulkiest part of the rim would weigh more than a fraction of a pound.

Linea Corse LC818 19x10 +38 all around with 275.30.19 tires with a fender roll and slight camber adjustments...the setup looks like it's made for that car, it fits GREAT.

*The set up required 3mm spacers to clear the Brembos.*

Wow... Those are NICE. AND you have them smaller than 10-wide!

EDIT: Nevermind, not for Subaru sizes...

We are planning to release the Linea Corse LC818 in Subaru fitments. How does 18" sound?

I absolutely LOVE the way the 19x10 looks on that STI, but 10 is way too wide for me, personally. 8.5 is healthy and desirable for most.

I don't care if it's 5x114.3 or 5x100, if we're taking votes. I've been wanting nice-looking 19" wheels. There aren't many out there (subjective, I know). These would totally fit the bill, though.

I wouldn't be that low or have tires that stretched.

18" would be acceptable. It looks good on these cars. 19" just FITS, though, with lower tire profile.

I like the 19's I just don't think I'm going to get a good conversion from 245/40-18 to a 265/??-19. Not to mention the ride quality sucking.

The ride quality WILL suck... With 18's, if you're on 40 tire wall already, I'm thinking 35 or maybe even 30 would be the ideal wall for 19's... Yeesh. My car would HATE me... and my passengers... but strangers and enthusiasts would think it looked hot... DONE! Totally worth it!

18x8.5 or 9" in +44mm... hell yeah. Don't know how much concave you'd have left though...
