![]() Is there some sort of a converter to figure out positioning from a bicycle's geometry chart?

![]() They have a fit wizard app that you can take a photo of your bike and use that as a guide. There is also inputs available if you have results from a professional bike fitting. I just did some basic adjustments to do a quick 30 min workout before the babysitter had to leave yesterday. I’ll spend more time getting the fit right this weekend. I might try the photo method with my gravel bike first.

![]() I knew Wahoo was coming out with a Peleton clone but never saw an annouced price, $3500 *whistles
You can buy the bomb diggity Kickr and still have plenty for a proper road bike for that scratch. |

I considered getting a new road bike like a Caad13 and a Kickr core but I went on just one actual road ride all of last year. And my gravel bike with road wheels was well suited for it. I didn’t see a reason to get a road bike that I wouldn’t ride on the road. At that point, I figured a permanent setup would be better. This also makes it easy for my wife to adjust quickly for her to use it. |

![]() That Wahoo looks rad! I ordered a Peleton Bike+ recently, should arrive in March. It was cheaper than a trainer + a trainer bike and DCrainmaker testing showed really consistent power tracking with some options to sideload Zwift.

![]() We just got our Peloton+ or whatever the newer version is called. I really like it and the classes. I am hoping with consistency this winter I will come out of the gate this spring/summer doing longer rides faster than I have been able to this past year.

![]() I thought about doing a peloton in April, but then I remembered I didn't much care for actual spin class or stationary. Have been balls out in the dark at 40F all winter and aiming for 2,000 miles outdoor this year.

![]() We are thinking of a smart bike trainer. A stationary bike like the Wahoo, Wattbike, etc. That would allow us to both use the trainer and just quickly adjust it, rather than have two road bikes in the home gym. Probably wait until next fall/winter, as I am still riding outside and it will likely just get warmer here from this point out. And next year, who knows what trainers will be available, and they should be a bit cheaper....

The ATV market has been growing solidly, and that trend is expected to continue in the next few years. Much of this is due to the increase in recreational off-road activities and adventure sports. ![]() This pandemic is really cramping my MTB riding, but holy cow the Creo SL is a fun road/gravel bike. Before, I would do weekend 40-60 mile rides and feel pretty dead the rest of the day. Now I'm doing 50-80 mile rides and feeling mostly awesome the whole time. Such a fun bike...
...but I still want to move somewhere with better trail access. Park City full-time one day! |

![]() But a small hitch in the eMTB plan.
Wife says I’m lazy and doesn’t think I should do it. My response “of all the things you say yes to this is gonna be the one you’d at no on???” I think I’m gonna have to threaten her with a 911 purchase. |

![]() I ordered the Bowflex C6 stationary bike since I need something low impact to maintain some cardio.
I’d ride in the cold if there wasn’t snow on the trails. I hate winter. |

![]() Finally joining the 1up rack gang.
I've got a trip coming up where I'm renting a pop up (see the yota bro thread) - It will take away the ability to use my hitch rack. The pop up has a little basket in the front I'm hoping can hold the kids bikes, I'll put my wife's and mine up top. Other news, I got my daughter a new bike yesterday. It's a Trek Roscoe 24. My son has one and it's been really good so we got a new one. Full rigid but 2.8" 24" tires so a bit more cushion/traction. His has been real solid and she's super stoked about it. |

I have a Scott 24” bike coming in the next month or so for my 8 year old. A friend of mine had it for his daughter and is moving her to a 26” bike. I’ll get it to the powdercoater when it arrives to freshen it up. Need to buy a drivetrain and other cockpit bits for it, too. ![]() I still might buy a plus bike similar to what you’ve done specifically for MTB. ![]() She was so stoked. It’s a nice light blue color but the fork had an issue so they warrantied it right away before sale and it’s black. She’s like “it’s one of a kind” in the cutest way possible to the salesman.
She’s 9. I like my kids on bikes that are a bit smaller for them so they have the strength to maneuver them. That’s part of why I wanted full rigid and I will never buy another bike without disc brakes again, they are just so much less trouble for kids who are rough on things. |
