It's a REALLY old school discount department store that in addition to getting Hot Wheels once every 5 years, somehow has a force field around it that allows shoppers to be transported back to approximately 1982 when you enter the doors.

Dang - I want that rlc 917 and just traded a Mach 1!

I haven't painted wheels, but did use a sharpie on some car that had bright green chrome to make em less ugly.
