Forester XT's are pretty awesome. My second choice next to a WRX.

I think I'm going to get the 2019 Sport with the keyless, HK, and power gate option. This is to replace a beater I have.

My other choice is an Impreza hatch, but I just like the Forester's shape more, plus made in Japan. I just need to make sure it's not part of the recent recall on the electric steering system.
