Hi all

Hoping someone could assist or shed some light for me.
Ive bought a couple of items from Burnz Auto back in September this year and I still haven't received anything.
Ive tried contacting via facebook and email but no reply.
Their facebook account has now been deleted, and Ive seen one post saying they've gone out of business??

Ive been trying to get their Carbon Fiber Front Bumper Overlay 2018+ WRX STI and HT Style Carbon Fiber Diffuser 2015+ WRX STI. If anyone can point me in the right direction where I can source these items I would be forever in your debt. Thanks guys...

Think you're out of luck unfortunately. They got exposed for buying all their parts an ali baba and claiming that they manufacture them. Their PR was a complete nightmare, insulting people and arguing with FB group members. Then shortly after claimed they were closing down and fired their main employees who were well known in the community for solid support. Then after that they said they were still operating as usual just with reduced staffing - the damage was already done at that point and I think they closed to avoid additional abuse. I'd do a chargeback with your credit card company if you already paid and haven't received goods.

^Yup, like Toph said, do a chargeback with your CC. There was a huge fiasco with that company and they got exposed for the scammers that they are. Sorry this happened to you but good luck, hopefully your bank/CC can get you your money back quickly.
