![]() Okay so my 2010 Sti passenger low beam went out and I bought a new bulb (D2S HID Bulb), installed it, it still didn't work. So I switched out the drivers (worked) and passengers (didn't work) and it still doesn't work! High beam and turn signals still work on both headlights. The 15a fuse is not blown in the engine bay fuse box and I'm not sure what else could be wrong with it...
Were all strapped for cash so I'd rather not just replace the headlight because it still might not work if its something electrical

![]() Sounds like the ballast went bad. Would check to see if it got moisture inside... Open it up and dry it out first if that's the case.. otherwise it might just be dead and need to be replaced

![]() There is some moisture in the light, so I will do that. How would that affect the HID and not the other lights?

![]() The ballast needs to work to send power to the ignitor which illuminates the light. The ballast is the metal thing mounted under the headlight. Swap the driver side headlight to the passenger side to confirm if the ballast is bad (or not working)
