Avcs issue

Good day all

Trying to troubleshoot an avcs issue. Any help appreciated.

Solenoids advancing 6 degrees max. Duty is up to 94% tho. Cleaned the solenoids and same issue.
Some forums saying could be the neutral position switch faulty that disables the avcs. If it was disabled would there still be a 94% duty?

maybe your solenioids are bad. did it ever work okay?

Had avcs issues before. I replaced the ocv solenoid but light ended up coming back on. Ended up changing the cam gear and that fixed the problem.
