Default Base Map wanted plox

Hi I'm in the need of a base map to get my car started, afterwords it'll get it's fine tuning done by a local tuner. Your help is appreciated :]
my vehicle is a 2002 WRX MT CAL ID A4SGE00C
93 octane here in HI
but I'd also like a setup for 91 as I'm about to move to CA

mods as follows:
ej25 shortblock
ej20 heads*
sti pink injectors 565cc
walbro 255lph
IPR top mount (Perrin clone)
Blitz DD bov
IHI VF34 Turbo
APS Hard Turbo Inlet
AEM CAI
Helix catless uppipe
Helix Hi-flo catted downpipe
Espelir JGT 500 catback

*= combustion chamber not machined to match as time wont allow before my move, but will have done in future once in CA but I need to have it running for it to be shipped

that should be it as far as engine, but if I'm missing any vital need to know info let me know

Thanks for your time,
David :]

get a simple e-tune from a tuner its like $150 for it just to be running and drive it onto a truck im sure you could find a e-tuner willing to do it for less then that
