What is the point in guessing? Depends on the tune, the weather, the gas. Check DynoComp's site, they have many graphs.

330whp on a dynodynamics dyno sounds reasonable with a good tune. Good luck and share the results when you get it tuned!

Since I have almost every mod you do and a very similar turbo, you wouldn't be far off from this.

With my SR55 I am at 341.4 at 18 lbs of boost on crappy AZ 91 octane. I have ECUTek instead of the UTEC. This was done at DynoComp here in Phoenix on a dyno dynamics dyno. Very safe and conservative tune. No knock what so ever and I am very happy. That's all that really matters.

Jayhawker what kind of times are you running in the quarter? Are you pleased with the 55? How does it pull at 18lbs? thanks

a pal of mine went 394 crank hp on s/r 40 @ 1.6 bar (23/24 psi) with same if not a tad better spool than his standard turbo. built ver 7 block ver 6 chassis on 97 oct gas. got misfire but will be rectified as they tune a bit more. other mods inc. uprated pump fmic knn filter 3.5" tbe

i want a bit more so i might go s/r55. tuners where im from get better results with this turbo rather than 20g. s/r 55 similar to s/z / green

Tristan, I haven't taken the new set up to the track yet. To be totally honest with you, I have only been down the 1/4 once and I totally suck at it. Eveyone including my tuner says to "feather the clutch" and I don't understand how to do it. I am still on a stock clutch but it seems to be holding up ok.

I can't say its easy, but i can explain how to do it simply....here goes:

Rev the motor to 5000-5500rpm, (note some car need alittle more revs depending on the setup)...

EASE up off the clutch pedal until u feel it engage with ur left foot..(the car will start slighty moving @ this point)...then quickly let off the clutch pedal...

Droppin the clutch will break parts, and will sometimes either do 4 wheel peel out or make the car go sideways.....I have had both happen to me.

When I leave the line the best 60ft times I get are usually when I spin the tires I usually launch it around 5500 as well I never drop the clutch I feather it and get wheel spin off the line, At the local track all last year I got too much traction and the engine bogged down when I left the line so my 60ft times were around 1.9 because I couldnt get any wheel spin off the line. Just take it out to a empty street and practice launching, all it needs is some practice.

Dont expect high numbers, it's not called the heatbreaker for nothing.

It's for tuning, no being a dyno queen. That would require a dynojet!

Yeah thats the main reason im heading down there is to get it tuned I could really care less on how much power its making, It knocks now at full throttle on 91 and I dont even have my turbo installed yet so once I install that I will have to drop the boost way down until I get it tuned. If I get 330 I would be happy
