![]() Evening Everyone!
I just made the JVC purchase today to get rid of my old stock head unit and replace it with something a little more stylish and better sounding. I have two questions that I would love answered if anyone could help. 1. I purchased the JVC DVD head unit and metra wiring harness. I already went ahead and made all the connections to the wiring harness so I can plug it in when I'm ready. I'm curious though do I need a a adapter of any sorts for the antenna. I need to be able to keep the AM/FM antenna this is crucial for me to get traffic updates in Boston ![]() 2. I use my iphone 5s all the time in the car via bluetooth to play music which I will continue to do with my new head unit. The question I have is when I install this new unit will I loose my charging capabilities inside my center console or is there a way I can write that into my harness? I hope that makes sense? I'm just wondering because it's so handy? Any help would be great! Thanks-Justin |
