JVC KW-V20BT In 13' Impreza

Evening Everyone!
I just made the JVC purchase today to get rid of my old stock head unit and replace it with something a little more stylish and better sounding. I have two questions that I would love answered if anyone could help.

1. I purchased the JVC DVD head unit and metra wiring harness. I already went ahead and made all the connections to the wiring harness so I can plug it in when I'm ready. I'm curious though do I need a a adapter of any sorts for the antenna. I need to be able to keep the AM/FM antenna this is crucial for me to get traffic updates in Boston ? If I do can anyone help me out and tell me exactly what I need?

2. I use my iphone 5s all the time in the car via bluetooth to play music which I will continue to do with my new head unit. The question I have is when I install this new unit will I loose my charging capabilities inside my center console or is there a way I can write that into my harness? I hope that makes sense? I'm just wondering because it's so handy?

1. I don't think you'll need an adapter for the antenna, but there is more info on this (and your USB question) on ae64.com:

2. You can use the adapter from ae64.com to hook up your USB to your head unit. For charging you'll be better off with a higher amperage USB charger like this one:
