Default TONS of CEL codes, no CEL...

I had a previous thread, I flashed back the ROM that I originally pulled from my car. (Whether this is stock or not, idk. I'm 3rd owner)

My car must be in limp mode. I am only running 7-9 PSI boost WOT, regardless of gear. Old thread it was suggested to be the from the wastegate actuator. Just redid those lines + the restrictor pill. No dice. HAS to be these codes I just found. (afterwards...) I've used Leaningview and ScanTool and they never showed any CELs but I just ran ECU explorer and I have...

Please... Put me out of my misery.

I'd trust Learning View far more than EcuExplorer.
I'd also trust the car's own CEL.

+1

ECUExplorer is a rust bucket of junk compared to learning view.

Try it and see what comes up.
