Default Subaru 4 pot brake kit (not STi Brembo) parts list inquiry

I'm looking to put together a brake kit for myself using the Subaru four piston (4 pot) calipers and need some help. I realize that there are folks selling the kit in various complete forms, but i have a different idea for my source. The only problem is that there doesn't seem to be a definitive list of the parts necessary with official OEM part numbers. I was hoping that folks could help contribute to build a list of the necessary items. I've listed below what i believe is the complete list of items that one would need to make a complete kit. Let me know if i've left anything out or if something is redundant. Also, please correct my terminology if its not reflective of the book listed nomenclature.

(Quantity) Description [Part Number]

Caliper items:
- (1) Left 4-pot caliper [26291FA50]
- (1) Right 4-pot caliper [26291FA60]
- (4) Slide pins
- (2) Slide pin retaining wires
- (2) Anti-rattle clips

Pad items:
- (4) Pad locating clips
- (4) Inner vented pad shims
- (4) Outer solid pad shim

Optional items (Pads & Rotors, OEM or eftermarket optional):
- (4) pads (OEM or aftermarket)
- (2) rotors (OEM or aftermarket)

Thanks,
Jon.
