Hard time finding Peak antifreeze

Hey guys. I having a hard time finding Peak antifreeze locally to me (Victoria). I've tried Walmart and Canadian Tire.

Any suggestions ?

Also I'd like to not have the 50/50 mix cause I'd like to use distilled water. Unless that's what the mix is ?
