OMGHi2U I got this twin turbo motor...Now what?

Nah, I got an idea of what's going on.

I was keeping this kind of quiet. But, with another one failing it's time to show some progress on my little project. It's an ej20h swap. I've already got what I like to call the easy part done. Version 2 RHD ej20tt swap in a 93 impreza chassis. All that's basically left is the wiring. Seems nobody wants to give out or has ej20h schematics. I've found 20R ones but 20h ones are non existant. Here's some pics so far I'll keep this updated as I get further. Any help appreciated.

The twin turbo motors are early and therefore, bingo, they are pretty much plug and play. I was running the heads and manifold, and everything clicked right in, although I did have to change some of the sensors to stock (but they swapped right over)

Right in the middle of doing a wire by wire diagram for the EJ20H's Jazz sends me a wiring diagram for the ECU, but it was in Japaneese . About 12 hours later a very good friend sends me the complete wiring diagrams for all JDM's from 1995-00 in english . Now the puzzle of the missing JDM wiring diagram's has been solved I'll start working on the great pyramids of egypt, the lost city of Alantis and Noah's ark.
Now because I'm a mean 'ol SOB and every forum that has anything to do with Subaru's has members asking for wiring diagrams for the EJ20H engines I have a choice.
I can keep them and sale them.....nope
I can burn them......nope
I can put a catch on giving them out. The catch is this. I had a very good friend die in 2005. He was a racer for over 70 years. his name is Allen Strasburg. Google Strasburg Racing. He was a great lose to his family and friends.
In small letters anyplace on your car put, " IN MEMORY OF ALLEN STRASBURG 2005". Send me a photo of it so I can forward it to his family letting them know he's not forgotten.
For those of you who need these diagrams ASAP and promise to do this I'll send you the diagrams.
OH...I almost forgot, I want 3 chocolate chip cookies also.

Now thats a pretty sweet looking ride.

How hard was the wiring once you had the schematics?
Did you need a new JDM ECU?

I see these Twin Turbo engines that are JDM for sale on ebay all the time, and for only around $800.
I was originally thinking of doing the same swap into my current stock 97 Impreza Outback Sport.
So besides the wiring what else did you have to do?
I mean would my stock tranny mate up with that one just fine or would I blow my transmission?

Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks!

Brisky,
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1238143

Short version? Not a beginner's swap. It's more of an advanced swap or custom set up(like in a sand rail or beetle). And if you don't want to cut parts of your chassis, it's a RHD swap...

I've been considering the EJ20H swap also. I've driven RHD but I'm an old fart and I prefer sticking with LHD. I'd Like to shoehorn it into my '00 without moving my the rack. I'll gladly honor your friends memory for a copy of your prints. Actually..., upon hearing that story I'd do it just because..
