Question Can Subaru of New England voild your warranty?

I was at my local dealership today getting my 7500 mile service done. I was talking to a salesman and he said that some dealerships are owned by Subaru of New England. I was wondering if SONe can void your warranty? The dealership is cool and they actually complimented my mods but you know, "inquiring minds want to know..."
Thank you

For what reason? But yeah if one dealership, voids a warranty it goes in the systems which can screw you in the long run.
check www.sema.org for any warrenty questions... Basicly if you can't prove that the problem was directly from your mods then they can't void it.

Actually, only SOA can void a warranty. Individual dealers defer to SOA and have to kick it up to them to make the determination.

All dealerships in New England are part of the SoNE franchise. One man... Ernie Bach, who is coincidentally SoNE's biggest customer as he owns the Distribution rights to Subaru's in New England. He buys the cars from SOA, and sells them to the dealerships, in New England, his network.

New England is one of the top Subaru sales markets and all this is controlled by one man. If this one man says he wants to decline a warranty, SOA would be inclined to be on his side.

I've heard from SOA that SoNE does whatever the hell it likes.

Well, I have some doubts about the above arguments about SoNE in regard to warranty issues. I believe its control and influence is basically in the new car distribution and sales area. And yes, it can do basically whatever it can, like offering 17" BBS RS wheels with Pirelli P7000SS as port options.

However, once the car is sold, SOA has to warranty it. Even if Ernie Bach bans me from any dealership in New England, I have the right to get warranty work done in dealerships in New York state. Plus, I don't see why SoNE will even get itself into the dirty business of warranties.

Anyways, just a little thought of mine.
