Default Anyone running the VF30 or 34 reflash from Cobb yet?

Just wondering. I'm ready to upgrade and was looking for some feedback.

Those are awesome numbers, but I'm looking for their new off the shelf VF30 or 34 reflash that uses stock TMIC.

Well I had accessECU with a VF23, full exhaust, STi injectors and the stock TMIC. I got 256 AWHP. That was on a custom dyno tune at COBB.

im running cobb stage 2 right now with uppipe (notified cobb before level 2 flash).. To go to stage 3, we need STI injectors, uppipe, and a VF30 or 34...

Would i run into any problems doing the fuel injetors first?

Edit: also.. which turbo spools up faster? less lag is good. Thx

Technically, the VF-34 is supposed to spool fastAR, but I am unaware of any concrete examples of dyno plots etc that would back this up with empircal evidence.

This is correct. I spoke with Phil from Txs about this and he said they swapped a 30 to34 back to back on the dyno. The boost plots were exactly the same. On the street who knows. It can't be all that much but there may be a bit..

No - re-read what was written. The difference is that the 34 is roller bearing, not ball bearing. The VF-34 was used on the "bugeye" STi RA Spec C car. The VF-30 has ball bearing, and while virtually identical, due to the nature of roller vs. traditional ball bearing, the 34 is supposed to spool slightly faster than the 30 - AFAIK, this has little to do with the overall life of the turbo.
