$80 isn't bad at all.

The trick is finding the side skirts and rear lip. Those are a little bit more pricey.

Well mine was separated so he gave me a throttle body cleaning for 130 and a fuel injector cleaning for 130

You can get replica skirts on eBay with the lip packaged together. The rear things you'll most likely need to buy new or from a part out.

Actually... just found this.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/08-10-SUBARU...8d43fc&vxp=mtr

That's a good deal. Normally I can find all the bits for about $300. But I have to get clever with my search keywords.

I feel like that front lip makes it look more similar to a lexus 350 bumper Lol

Ok so off topic of body kits, what alarms are you guys running? I want to get a shock sensor, but im deciding between getting the oem one or just replacing the whole setup. Im planning on getting it in like 3months or so; before i get new rims.

I dont need remote start, and i would like 2way tho

OEM is terrible! It only goes off if the car is unlocked via a key or from the inside. Just jack the front end, cut the battery easily accessed on the drivers side, then steal all the things! Or smash the window and not open the doors. I'd recommend something with a shock sensor.

So here's my latest upgrade. I picked up an 08 STI steering wheel with full controls on it (cruise and volume controls). It's also leather wrapped and feels fantastic compared to the cheap plastic. I have always hated my tan steering wheel and lack of volume control.

Here's the tan wheel.

Started with popping the airbag off.

Since a new black cover with airbag would probably cost me way too much I decided to plasti-dip mine. I did 3 coats.

The joy of plasti-dip is that if you don't like it, you can peel it off. It's also very durable.

Pop the wheel on, then the airbag and boom.. new black steering wheel!

I have more pictures of the install if anyone is interested

No.

Edit: Well... They will bolt on no problem but, they flare to fit the widened fenders so they will not look correct on a narrow-body car.

Ahh...yes you are correct. Thanks.

I saw these on ebay, that's why I asked:

http://goo.gl/7Fa6K

Wished they did fit because that's not a bad price already painted.

You know If Subaru would have started with what you have right now (maybe leaving the tan seats for the sake of offering tan interior) no one would complain. Everything you have done, at this point the tan parts look nice, they accent the black and it looks like factory meant it that way.

Great Job.

They sorta did. For '08 everything is taupe. For '09 the steering wheel, steering column, carpet, and mats are black.

Lol well, I wouldn't call it a "taupe" as it is all tan with no brown. You are right though, they did make the switch over in the 09+ years. Adding the carpet and steering wheel has made a huge difference for the better.

Subaru called it taupe.

For '09 at least. For '10, they called it "ivory".

Yep, Delta 1000 grind. No problems, slightly more valvetrain noise if you have sensitive hearing, but most people probably wouldn't even notice, the EJ253 is noisy enough as it is
With aftermarket EL headers and an open source tune for 91 octane, grin factor is definitely increased
