IAG Performance 0/5 stars - pathetic

These guys are PATHETIC and that has been my experience 3 times so far, not once. Worth writing home about..

I keep trying as IAG has some EXCLUSIVE Subaru contacts/contracts but it gets worse every time. I have a 2022 subaru wrx that has an Outfront motor, mainly because the local builders are "owned" by IAG and wont help or work on a motor unless you are installing an IAG solution. Not to mention that information and advice that is relayed is forum quality advice that goes contrary to what local shops who actually work on Subarus advise (the shop ct or prime motoring). These guys are only huge because their CEO/COO knows how to monopolize the local market so you have NO CHOICE but to go with IAG or through IAG.

I really tried, really. But its been a total disappointment. For example, i asked of FA24 WRX shares rods with FA24 gr86/brz, as i have been told by multiple local sources that they are indeed same. It was proprietary info apparently, so i bought a rod from Subaru and sent to CP Carillo (this was a year ago) for measuring. Confirmed, same rods as FA24 brz.

Last call was because they are exclusive Subaru PPG dealer in USA. So i HAD TO call them, i called Shep first and other shops but they dont sell subaru sequentials. So i called IAG..for 3rd time..I was told i dont need what i want, instead I was told STI trans can be transplanted into a VB WRX with auto driveshaft, no other mods necessary. Easy-peasy. However, this could not be farther from the truth.

I can keep going.. but you get the idea. These are kids giving advice to kids, patting each other on the backs "bro." I am a 48yr old man who has been around the block a few times and not once did i get my specific questions answered.

Oh by the way, each time i call i gotta go through my build and goals to explain to IAG experts what it is i am trying to do, cuz how could i know what i am doing on my own right, unless i am using their products or listening to them

Pathetic. 0/5. Wont be calling again and will be advising anyone and everyone to try them as a last resort if they feel lonely and want to explain their build and goals to someone who wants to listen to it.

You complain that one shop won't touch another's equipment? *gasp* get over it. Outfront suxorz. You're mad because you had to pay for quality.
