Ok, since I am always meeting people off here at meets and what not, and I easily forget names, I think it might not be that bad of an idea to make a thread people can refer to when they meet or spot someone at a meet or in their car. (If you just want to be dumb or negative, please PM me, I love stupidity, or post it in another thread.

I guess it comes down to who you ask. I've spent far too much money on camera gear to go out and shoot for free, then have my name taken off of pictures that go online. I put it on there, so that no-matter where that picture goes, I get exposure. When it's removed, there's nothing left but an exif tag that says it was taken with a D7000 and an 85mm.

You need to take the hacked photo down and repost with the watermark.

agreed... 100%..... this happened to me and another photo buddy of mine on nasioc a few weeks back. its the worst feeling ever to a photographer.

please, OP, fix that. and give KP credit... he was kind of enough to take photos for you... i know his work is better than the "edit" you did to his photo. dont make him look like a ****ty photographer

Agreed. If someone did this to any of my photos, I'd plaster their wrong-doing everywhere so the whole world would know how inconsiderate they are.

OH HELLLLLL NO! Not cool man. If you want it to appear to be taken by you, then go spend $3K on equipment and actually take it. I'm with these guys, it's already cool enough that he's taking photos for free.
