![]() Hi I read bdoss123's problem with thier 1997 Rear window thread.
Well I have the Same problem with the passenger side window on my 1990 Subary Legacy. The window goes down easly but not up, the drivers side switch dosen't work going up or down. I hear the motor moving when I push the switch down but nothing when I try up.. I tired poping the switch out but it just popped the cover of the switch off. ![]() How do I take the switch out correctly? Thanks Chris

![]() Perhaps the tracks are bend, take off the inside panel and take a look. Also, the pads do make a difference on how hard your window works. The pads on mine are completely filthy so now the windows are completely ruined from scratches

![]() Your motor is probably old and tired. My Legacy's window will go up okay until the glass meets the weatherstripping and then will slow down and the motor will groan... It's my 24689th thing I need to do with my cars
