I think the Subtle 1" lift kit works on these 2012's...you won' rub with those.

Just ordered a Sport Limited hatchback PSEV this past Saturday, so unfortunately...no photos yet (looking at 6-8 weeks delivery). In the meantime, here are some specifics:
  • Ice Silver Metallic
  • Black Leather
  • CVT
  • Moonroof
  • Navigation
  • Rear Roof Spoiler
  • Sport Mesh Grille
  • Cross Bar Set-Aero (Sport)
  • Cargo Carrier
  • Auto Dim mirror with Home Link
  • Side Sill Plates
  • STI Pedals Set
  • Cargo Nets (rear, seat back, sides)
  • Cargo Tray & Rear Seat Protector
  • Luggage Compartment Cover
  • 110 Volt Outlet
  • Upgraded Speakers
  • Tweeter Kit
In addition to the above options I'll be doing a few select mods to the car, once we live with it for a while (this will be my wife's daily driver, and our weekend "excursion" car). This one is more about functionality with some style than anything else...as I have a pretty heavily modded BMW E90 335i back in the stable also. Here's an example of my taste in mods, in case your interested...

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=613284

It seems like this Impreza is a pretty controversial design ...some enthusiasts love it, and some hate it. This is my first venture into the Subaru world, but I must say that I really liked this car from first site.

Pics to come, just as soon as the car arrives!

Guess you're going to have to change your name now? The bimmer looks nice, do you have any power mods?

Those wheels are bad ass! & I'm not familiar with the BMW grills, if the lower usually has a grill & what not, but love how you have it!

This is my first Subaru too & I was actually attracted to the fact that this year the model is not the typical Subaru design. Not a fan of the old school two tone so I appreciate the new design. I do however miss the strong Subaru tail end with either noticeable tail lights (loved the prior LED tail light design) or the more predominant "S U B A R U" wide across the back end. The ass on this one doesn't have much to say. But overall, I love it & seeing your BMW... I can't wait to see what you do with your Subie.

Thanks! I have added about 100 more HP/torque with some software mods, so that's probably all I need for the time being since it's close to 400 now respectively. I'm afraid anything else will get me in too much trouble!

Thanks for looking! I'm excited to get the new Impreza and tweak it a little. I don't plan on going nearly as far with it as I have/will continue to do with my E90, but some new wheels and maybe a tweaked suspension will be in order out of the gate. I'm actually looking for ideas for wheels now, but I haven't found much yet that's a specific fitment for the 2012 model...

One thing I have learned is never to get rid of rims because one day you will have the perfect car for them and wish you could have them back lol! That is probably why I have two sets of Gold 04 BBS, a set of 18 in OZ Ultraleggaras, a set of gold enkei rpf-01s and the stock sport rims. I don't think 5 sets of rims for two cars is too many

Just picked up on my 2012 Subaru Impreza Sedan approx 7 days ago!

First day:

HID and LED kit:

Thought the original corner lights were a tad bit bland, so I changed it up a bit.

Sorry, all my pictures were taken with a cell phone :P

I posted this in the huge thread, but I'm glad to find this thread now, too!

I've had my Sport Limited for about 1.5 months now and I love it!

These are just cell phone pictures (so not that great), but they do show off that it's a good looking car, I think.

If you are looking to put the STi BBS wheels on the car, the only year that used the 5x100 bolt pattern is 2004. 2005+ uses 5x114.3

Ha ha, sounds like us. We traded in my wife's '10 Lexus RX350 on an '11 Impreza and the people at the dealership thought we were out of our minds!

And now, go figure, I've got the Impreza and she's driving an Audi Q5.

The HID kit was a generic kit. 6000k. And the LED Kit was a Nokya Brand 6000K LED Kit. I bought them from a local car accesories shop in my area called "Car Stereo". I'm located in Federal Way, WA. :P

Just two LED 6000k LED bulbs. They're the same size as the bulbs for the license plate.

I basically spent $80 in total: HID kit, and 2 sets of LED bulbs for the license plate and the corner lights.

HID Kit was $50, and the LED kit was $15 each.

Thanks! Any chance you can take a picture of the beam pattern onto a surface like a garage door? I am thinking of doing a 4300K HID retrofit and I am curious how scattered (or not scattered) the beam is.

Sure I'll do it in a bit. It's a little off but still does the job. I will tell you this though, it was a P.I.T.A to change out the corner lights!

Here you go. My drive way is at a downward slope towards the garage but this is the best I could shoot.
