New here, trying to post in technical, but limited?

Hi all, joined to get some tech advice, but not allowed to post there until I have 3 posts elsewhere. Why the limitation?
A bit about me: been a Technian for 24 years, with the last 6 at BMW, was with Subaru for a short time too. currently own 3 different subies, 05 OBXT, 14 Tribeca, and a 18 WRX, along with 3 other cars. Looking forward to getting the info I’m looking for, along with sharing my technical know how.

I'm sure a mod can chip in, but I believe those limitations were to limit newbies from spamming questions that could be answered in the FAQs, stickies, etc. You've been lurking a long time without posting lol welcome.
