Breaking it in with the Cobb tune, then installing an EmTron Standalone.
Probably be a few weeks still. If streetability is your focus the .61AR feels way better, but I'll be reaching for 750whp when it's getting tuned again with the .83AR. |

Hey bud, sorry another question, do you have egt or o2 on each runner?
Did they have any difficulty tuning it? I live in remote Australia, we only have a select few tuners..... Where did you put your IAT sensor? Cheers Daniel |

The ceramic twin disc started slipping pretty much right after I got it back from the shop... Pretty annoyed.
Then the Fuel Pump Controller failed, put a GTR controller in yesterday which seems to be working. So.. Need to get the clutch thing figured out first before dealing with the EmTron. Looking for a shop other than MoFab at the moment - pretty annoyed that the engine(s) have been apart 3 times in the last 6000 miles, coupled with the rest of this ****. |

Yeah wow! Mine is a dual organic and it hasn't shown any signs of slipping yet.
Makes me worry when we turn the boost up though! |

Over time they 'cut off' access to Nick, their tuner, so you practically never get to communicate with him directly. Could be because he doesn't want to deal with customers anymore - I've got no idea. Plus Pat seems to have left, who was a real nice guy. |

How long did the engine last before lifting the head? I currently have CA625s also and now I am worried. I haven't pushed past 472whp. I am planning for it this year. between 600-700whp

I wouldnt worry about 600-650whp if properly tuned. Had many engines with arp625 around those power levels. However everytime i got close to 700whp (32-33psi above) mark or above head lifted

XShift +Plus Sequential on order. 12-16 week lead time.
Will be going in along-side the EmTron ECU. Will probably make a new thread when that happens. |
