BTW, I'm not selling the car, my dealer called me yesterday and said that the guy who wanted the Silver / Silver isn't returning his calls so they think he's backed out.

is the car at town motors btw?? Cuz if so I was the one that backed out, though they haven't really called me. I decide to wait for my blk/gold at liberty

No, it is at Subaru of Morristown, I was just over there, unfortunately, the guy that sold me my car (the guy that called me) had left for vacation, and all the others seemed to think that the car was still sold, wheras my salesman had not. I had a buddy with me who was interested in it, he has first refusal if the guy has backed out (hopefully, the sales manager will be able to tell us this tomorrow). I'm hoping it is still at MSRP, if not, refusal will be given.
