I purchased a Long Block from them a while back but haven't gotten around to finish my build. I went over the block and might I say, I have mixed emotions about them. Their customer service is good when you're working with them to purchase off them, but once you pick up your item, it's very difficult to get a hold of them, and their craftsmanship is, well.. ehh. I found the hole for the bolt to bolt down the turbo oil return line to have a broken bolt in it and the line wasn't aligned with the the mounting point. I'm thinking about just putting this block aside and buying a IAG block instead.

Default GCH Longblocks not worth it.

I bought a Ej255 from them back in January and at first they have good customer service’s. While they were rebuilding the motor they kept in touch, sent me pictures and updates on the new motor. Upon completion of the motor, I picked it up installed it in my car got it all running had low idling issues after the tuner sat and played with the car for a minute, we noticed that there is a leak coming from the motor come to find out they did not install the cam gear seals behind the cam cover properly. I was told that there was some cheap eBay or re-manufactured parts on it, when i asked what they put on my car they denied it and got aggressive with me and my wife. My only advice for you is stay away from them they are not worth it their craftsmanship and engine building skills are lacking. Oh and now I’m having to have that motor pulled from the car and have a new one built a lot of pain and money loss for that dumb decision.
