Default Supersize Me: Too Close to Home...

So yes, I'm currently watching this for the first time ever. Yes, I live in a box, in a closet, that was hidden under a rock in the late 60's.

This hits WAY too close to home, in a literal fashion. Having met Morgan Spurlock on many occasions, plus actually seeing Park Jr. High in the documentary made everything they were saying all the more hard hitting.

Around 90% of my life I have been overweight, including now. This just freaking disgusts me!!!

I wouldn't sell you a piece of fatback and tell you it was ground turkey. Why the **** do they sell me McNuggets that aren't mostly chicken, as they imply in the ads?!?!

Why the **** was I never told what I was eating?!?! Why the **** have I never questioned WHAT I was eating?????

I apparently have NEVER known what it feels like to be healthy.

OMG, I feel goddamned McNauseus. I think I may have an anxiety attack.

How can you be so oblivious to the obvious?

I knew it was very unhealthy, but I have never had it put into perspective like this before.

I have never had real life comparisons.

I actually feel queezy and just BLECH right now. I just honestly had no idea..

Well, in the extra features they mention that In & Out Burger isn't too bad. You can still eat junkfood without it being extremely artificial.

Ok maybe you guys are getting the wrong idea here.

I'm not some morbidly obese monstrosity.

I'm about 25-28 Lbs from my ideal weight, which admittedly is alot, but I weighed 300+ at one point in my life and was VERY obese for a long time, yet have been at or around 208 for around 3 years.

I weighed 205 yesterday, so I'm heading in the right direction, with lots of working hard and very small meals. I do NOT eat alot of fastfood. Maybe once a week, usually more like once every 2 weeks. But used to eat it but the truckload many years ago.

Ten years ago my "regular" at McD's was a BigMac with no pickles, supersize fries, 20 piece nugget, 4 sweet and sour sauces, 10-15 packets of ketchup and a supersize coke.

Anymore, I've been getting 2 plain crunchy McChickens and a medium coke, that is WHEN I actually go to McD's which is MAYBE once a month.

Walk into McDonalds ( or any fast food place ) Take a good look at most of the people working there, and inside. That, or look at a good majority of America.

There was an article in a magazine about some lady who ate McDonald's everyday for 1 month. She had actually lost weight.
