ark performance?? good bad??
is it just me or is ark performance customer service a bunch of snap answer ****s?
I hate that I want there catback ,but I hate the company due to the cold I don't care answers I get from simple questions. I will proably go a different route now but was this just my experience or do others have similar experience? I never see anyone talking about there products either.

Can't speak for them, unfortunately, but I've always had the same issue with Subispeed, Casey in particular. Makes me mad that their prices are usually the lowest, otherwise I'd gladly switch.

I actually bought their catback on a whim a couple months ago. Never talked to customer service. I really like the sound, was decent quality and had a handful of welds I thought could be better. Overall I am pleased with what I got for the sale price, could never justify their MSRP over the Ti Cobb though. Running the DT-S for what it's worth.

with the additude I get from them I would have thought their product was perfect. 1900 for mufflers is nuts. the 950 price was tempting but they have raised it 150 in 3 weeks with the techno tips. and told me it is going back to regular price after ann sale. high pressure sales move.

I jumped at the $950 with regular tips (preference thing) and am overall happy with the purchase. But the $1900+ MSRP is unjustified to me. I'd either save a few and go AWE Touring or spend up for the Cobb in Ti. It does have a killer sound though and the no drone thing is 100% true with a stock down pipe.

You get what you pay for, service included. Do you think the place with the lower mark up can afford to pay their people well enough to keep them happy?

You caught me. I commute daily to California from Denver for my awesome customer service job. I wouldn't call this a discussion as much as a psc77 bitchfest. You had an unpleasant conversation with a customer service rep, I'm not sure this is the stunning development you think it is. |

this was a simple question for those that have dealt with ark. I thought that mabey I caught someone on a bad day. looking for others opinions. that is what this site is for right? but I know if things are bad at the start they will not get better after I have handed over my cash. |
