Powell just had a concussion. I'd stay away from him for now.

I put in a claim for Green. His value can only go up with Benson out, and I had a free spot.

Quick question. I'm in a one QB league. My main guy is Rothleisburger but I have Schaub on the bench.

In my league, Philip Rivers is still available. Would you pick him up to replace Schaub?

Should I start the Texans defense this week against the packers or chargers defense against the broncos?

Traded Michael Bush and Scott Chandler for Mike Wallace and Jermichael Finley. Don't really care about any of the 4, so I decided to do it. Wallace at least gives me a WR for a tough bye week where I lose my 2 big starters.

It's just so tempting to go Ponder... he's been playing well, and the Washington secondary blows goats.

Which if RGIII is playing means he most likely will be playing from behind. If Minnesota goes up quickly they will keep the ball on the ground...

What's OT's take on Jahvid Best?

If he passes the concussion tests he could be playing next week... he looked pretty good in the 6 games he played last year, and that was in a running committee with Wells who is now out. Now he'll be in a committee with LeShoure, but some say he'll become the #1 RB if he plays like last year.

Picked up Darrius Heyward-Bey from waivers, figure worth a shot.

Now my big question is to start Torrey Smith vs Dal or Dwayne Bowe @ TB. Baltimore seems to do well at home, so I'm thinking Smith is the better choice. Plus Bowe has a crappy QB no matter who steps on the field for them.

Somebody in my league just dropped Bowe... a bit of a rash move IMO, considering he might be the only guy getting thrown to. I think I might stash him. I'm dropping Hixon anyway, since it looks like Hicks is about ready to go and I'm not playing any of my NYG guys this week against the niners.

I'm in last place in my league and I need to turn things around. Here is my lineup this week:

That's not a horrible team. I would try to trade some of your excess like Gronk and CJ or some other 2-for-1 trade that will net you someone back like AP or McCoy or maybe package Rapistburger and upgrade your QB...

Damn, Donald Brown and Ryan Williams both go down. They were my bye week fill ins

Picked up Vick Ballard, but can I really play him? Maybe I should try and trade Luck for a RB

I'm trading away Jordy Nelson and Andre Brown for Alex Smith and LaRod Stevens Howling. I have Vick as QB and with MJD on bye this week, no viable RB2 to start.

LSH should be the starting back for AZ for the rest of the year and Smith will continue to put up numbers. Benching Michael Pick is going to be a good feeling.

Guy is 1-4. He need's consistency. AP is prob going to be top 5back rest of the season. Forte not so much. -3/5 pt swing for me.

Luck for Brees is a +5pt swing.

The dude is fragile. Last year friends and family were asking him to quit playing. Each successive concussion is easier and easier to get.

I grabbed Vick Ballard too, going to follow the week and see where it goes, early reading says he looked sharp in preseason and teams have to start respecting the colts passing game.

I've gotta play Ballard, I have no choice. My RB's are Foster, Sproles (bye), Donald Brown (out), Vick Ballard and Ben Tate. I had Ryan Williams also.

Also, looks like Big Ben is going to get credited for a TD pass on a play that was considered a mendenhall run. Should add 4.5 or 6.5 depending on how a league scores. I wonder how many game outcomes that will change

Looks like RG3 is pretty much clear to go. Hernandez looks like he might also play this week, but I'm not sure if I'm going to start him. I might wait until week 7. I'm guessing he's going to get limited playing time and he might not be at 100%; and they are playing the Seahawks tough defense. I've got a solid backup in Rudolph.
