For the first time in months I am seriously hopeful, from what everyone has said here this is the trick that should do it.

Hitting the wall at a track is a risk you take no matter what you drive at the track.
When I broke my R160, it wanted to pull to the right. Can't imagine how bad an axle would be.
Not so much, unless you're running solid spools and also have the DCCD in lock position. Otherwise you'll just lose all forward drive as the power is unloaded through the now free-spinning axle. Ask anyone who has broken a left rear axle while launching...sometimes the car won't even break the traps to start the timers, it just sits with no motion until the driver locks the DCCD and backs out of the box (AKA puts tail between legs and heads for pits)

But even then blow thru (in most cases) causes great oscillations in teh MAFv due to the pressure waves coming back through the throttle body. And blow thru also necessitates a larger MAF housing....which will just lead to worse drivability than a smaller draw thru.

Speed density is much easier as you can just pop open the table real time and get rid of any crazy fueling issues....but you can do those same things with MAF....although its not real time and you have to find the compensation table to modify. Its time consuming.

I ran my car on the kstech83mm in my daily driver for 4 years without issue. then i switched to an 89mm maf and gtx35 and 280 cams. I still didnt have any real issues, except for one spot when cruising. I didnt really troubleshoot it as i just switched to SD within a week. The cruising issue was gone. For either system you're basically modifying the IPW to dial in the fueling....but its just alot easier to do it in a VE table instead of having to go through every compensation table to get it correct with MAF. Speed density has its own issues which cobb covers in teh manual.
Why do you think the maf v oscillations are caused by pressure pulsations?

I don't want to beat a dead horse but I've been in this same boat as far as your fuel system issues go... Your problem isn't your pump really but it's your fuel lines not allowing the fuel you need for e85... Unless you want to spend $1700+ in upgrading your fuel lines and what not you can do what I did and get 600+wheel horse power on e85 with a GT35 turbo...
DW2200cc injectors
DW300 in tank fuel pump(compatible for e85)
Integrated Engineering Surge Tank w/ Bosch 044pump(battery location)
Relocate your battery to the trunk.
Aeromotive fuel rail kit.

The idea is that the intank fuel pump fills the surge tank up while the surge tank provides fuel directly to the engine, thus avoiding the restrictive stock fuel lines, and reducing the chance of your fuel cutting out or running lean on e85. This allows you to run smoother, longer, and safer while going for 550-800awhp.

$1700 for fuel lines? Are they gold plated?

No... There's more to it than just replacing fuel lines and getting bigger and bigger in tank fuel pumps.
I just explained what I did to cut out all restrictions and have instant response and power for big turbo and running e85...:-)

A single Bosch 044 cannot support 600whp+ on E85, at least not at sea level. I've maxxed out more than one, usually starting around 480-490whp

Are you including elevation correction in your 600whp? That'd be quite a bit of power on a 35R at 4000 ft.

Seems like a dangerous place for a surge tank. The trunk seems wiser as there are not nearly many ignition sources vs. the engine bay during a crash.
