How much Nitrous is too much?

what can a 2.5rs handle? im too lazy to do a search so don't tell me to. Can it handle my desired 100hp shot? will i totally killmy engine with that? ive read that 50 is a good number but since i have no desire to turbo my car but i want to get some extra get up and go when those ricers decide to pick on me. any info is cool.

will it kill your engine yes. right off the bat probably not(still a chance though) but after to many times yes your engine will blow. the THC making you lazy.

Truthfully, no-one knows. I wouldn't do anything above a 70 shot. I ran 70 shot by mistake my previous full bottle and I didn't like the smell coming from my engine bay. I can't describe it except that it smelled expensive. Nothing went wrong though and the car is running fine. Good luck!

I personally wouldn't run more than 50-60HP on the stock Impreza fuel system. I have a bit of experience with nitrous, and I will say that it is perfectly safe as long as you don't abuse it or spray for more than 15 seconds at a time. It's also not good to spray in 1st gear as it's too short and you most likely hit the rev limiter before you know it and .. BLAMMO!! It also helops to have it professionally installed, or installed by someone with NOS experience. One wrong move on the install and you can damage your car when you run the juice.

100HP no way ... you'd need to upgrade your injectors and fuel pump for more fuel so you don't run lean and most likely your bottom end for strength.
