I can quarantee you will be hard pressed to find customer service that beats SubyDude. I will not divulge my entire story here, but I will say that SD took very good care of me. There were some small flaws with the transaction, but never once did I feel ripped off or uninformed. And SubyDude didn't stop until I was more than taken care of.

Thanks for the wheels, and a nice bump to you.

I haven't heard anything back from you after 2 e-mails. I paid for the steel grey Rota flush caps back on July 10th, you claimed it after I called you, but still no caps. Are they in stock yet? Thanks.

I'm assuming the Downshift will be the standard Rota sizing of 17x7.5 w/a +48mm offset???

Like the Downshift, do you know the weight of the wheels? I was thinking about getting some SDR's for winter wheels (have Subzeros w/ Kumhos for the summer) but I kind of like these. So do you think they could take a winter of ice, snow and tooth rattling roads.
