I want to thank Junior for his hard work. I love the tune and the car pulls hard. I cant wait to see what you can do with my car on E85!

2004 WRX 2.0 stock block/heads


Dyno tune: TheShop ct, Car made 326whp at 21lbs boost

Ambient Temp: 50F, Sunny day
Tires: Falken Azeins rt 615's 225/45/17

Tuner: Junior at the shop at ct
Dyno Info: Dyno Dynamics
Peak HP at RPM: 326 @ 6200rpm
Peak Torque: 299ish at 4600-4700
Target Boost: 21
Target AFR: 11.4ish
Fuel: Shell 93

Engine/Power Modifications: FP TDO5 18g 7cm ported/polished, Walbro 255,deatschwerk 750cc injetors, Perrin rec bov, Denso iridium 1 step colder plugs, Perrrin catch can, Fluidyne radiator, Cobb lightweight crank pully, Turboxs FMIC, uncatted up-pipe, 3" bellmouth uncatted down-pipe, Perrin twin tip 3" exhaust.

Driveline Modifications: 07 STI 6mt, ACT Sb3-HDSS, ACT street light FW, Driveshaft shop 3" aluminum DS, group n tranny/motor mounts with KB crossmember bushings,

Forgot to ask a couple questions. How does it feel on the street in terms of spool and taper? Also, did you consider any other turbos?

Nice numbers, when you go to E you'll pick up some serious torque! I'll be installing an 18g this week and this thread makes me all hot and bothered waiting for that damn thing to get here!

Hey,

It feels strong, boost comes on quick and it doesnt tapper off too much, i did some logging this weekend and boost was holding strong at 21. I did but for the 2.0L i figured id stick with the 18g.

Exellent.................which ecu are you using? how much ing. advance do you have at 21psi (from 3000rpm to 6000rpm) . thanks..........

Stock ecu, tuned with romraider/ecuflash. We unmarried the cobb v1 ap that i was using before and im selling it.

umm not sure what the timing is on wot @ 21psi, i think like 18 or 19 deg but im not 100% sure.

Yea i love it, especially the 07 gearing.

I was gonna go with the 20g but decided to stay with the 18g for the better spool.
