Ohh, the size difference is pretty cool. the VF has such a weird housing. What're you doing with the VF if it's not for sale

It saddens me to see you take such an awesome beast of a car and put it all the way to stage 1, albeit you are still using e85...

If I knew about you parting out sooner, I would've been all over those parts like white on rice.

Don't be too sad. I don't want my car to affect other people happiness. Lol.

FTFY

These comments are hilarious by the way. Good luck back at Stage 1, Ben. Hope the financial situation works out for you!

You should change the thread title to back to Stage 1

Sorry, I can't change the thread title. I'll try to get it changed once I have everything finalized. Hopefully the NF Performance Stage 1 setup will be complete soon.

I wouldn't change the thread title unless you end up doing something bigger. You have done everything that the title says you did and there is some extremely valuable information here. Just because you're stage 1 now doesn't mean jack... you've done so many different things to this car that this is just another stage of life for it. Keep the title, you deserve it Thanks for all of the help you have given us! I've truly enjoyed every page and step of your build.

Thanks. That title did last me quite a while (I made it a bit vague on purpose, because I knew how hard it is to change), but it might have to change eventually. I don't know if I'd feel right with the thread title not matching what that car actually is. Maybe I'll try to get the 6 speed added to the title. I'll wait until I get everything settled in first though.

Why does that one always seem to get used for car-related things? Lol.

I'm still baffled that even stage II is more power than you need/want. Really curious what the curve actually looks like for this fully built, e85, stage I beast.

blehhh - It wasn't so much the power between the stock and aftermarket downpipe that was driving me, but more so the $$$.

I suppose it is one of the more easily 'liquifiable' assets on your car.

Pretty sweet to have gained the experience of doubling your car's power, (and to nearly 500whp...)

I really need to start on my power mods :/

Yes, all the bolt on's ended up being pretty easy to turn into cash. I was fortunate of that. I agree that it's been a great learning experience. I basically knew nothing before getting this car, so I've definitely learned a ton along the way.

I'm looking for a -002 AccessPort for a friend (06-07 WRX or pre 07 STI). If anyone knows of one, please let me know. Thanks!

I just got some Federal 595 RS-R's mounted onto my 17x9" RPF1's. They're quite a wide 255 compared to what I've seen in the past. Looking forward to actually trying them in a few months.

I like. I'm assuming you have rolled fenders. Do you have any rubbing running 17x9. I wanna run 18x9 but not sure how functional they will be with coilovers. I'm not slammed but low. Just wanna roll fender
