Anyone try painting side wrx molding red with sharpie??
Anybody ever try to paint the wrx sidemdings red with a sharpie before? Seems like it would work but has anyone attempted this before? Trying to get this look but don't know how it'd turn out

FYI that's coloring, not painting as no paint is used.

Why would anyone do this? It's like asking if anyone has added GT stripes to their WRX using crayon.

Looks decent! You can kinda see some inconsistencies, wavy lines but not bad for a sharpie. Who cares what other people think. lol

The "don't care what other people think" schtick is played, of course you do. It's going to look even worse as it gets wet and runs/stains/fades. |

You still care what other people think, both in line with and in spite of your own personal preferences.

Use a paint marker. I used it on my 04's STI trunk badge and it hasnt faded yet. Had it on for a year, not garaged.

You could also pull it off, mask it off, and spray it with some http://www.grimmspeed.com/catalog/pr...roducts_id=232
