Default how can i get more power out of my stock outback impreza

its an 02 and it has 85,xxx miles so i dont want to turbocharge it, i just want suggestions on mods that will give me the most power for the least money.

Here are your options:

1. Cold air intake: Cobb, Injen
2. Light pulley, stock size, not underdriven, 90% of gains comes from weight reduction
3. Equal length headers
4. Cams

That should put you a little over 200hp at the crank.
