Default Help in Central Ohio?

Hello! This is my First thread and I was wondering if anyone here lives in central Ohio or anywhere near Columbus to give me a hand! I need a down pipe aka J Pipe installed on my 2918 Subaru WRX! I have an AEM intake invidia exhaust and a BOV! I got the invidia downpipe that needs to be installed and some TGV deletes!

And sorry! If I install the downpipe do I need a tune immediately!?

From what I have read, if you install a j-pipe a tune is a must.
