25,000 miles and switching over to synthetic oil - do i need an engine oil flush?

well, the suby is at the big 25,000 miles, and i decided to now switch over to synthetic mobil 1 5w30. do i need to do an engine oil flush before i change my oil to synthetic? or can i just go ahead and do the straight oil change?

No flush needed, just go ahead and change it.
