Default Fresh rebuild, first start checklist sanity check

I've put together a brand new shortblock and re-assembled everything. I've read a bunch of information and watched videos for first start procedure and this is what I've come up with so far:
  • fill oil filter halfway
  • ADD OIL
  • add coolant
  • remove fuel pump fuse
  • remove crank pos sensor
  • crank until oil pressure light goes off
  • short run - check for leaks
    [**]run for 30 seconds
    [**]check for leaks
  • full heat cycle + burp coolant
[**]run for 20 minutes, vary rpm between 2 and 3k
    [**]check for leaks
    [**]change oil
  • run for 800km, change oil

Can someone sanity check this to make sure nothing obvious has been missed, or if this list even makes sense?

Thanks in advance for any help

Everything looks good, don't over stress it.
Sometimes when you have empty oil pimp cranking don't build pressure up, it takes start up. Start car up, if you don't see oil light go away in 3seconds shut it down, you pre-lubed it, it should be fine 3-5 seconds.
Fuel pump fuse is enough, don't need to remove crank pos sensor.
You good there, dont worry, you got this down alright
