Default Humming Whine Noise coming from pulley's

Hi guys,

Took my car on a bit of a spirited drive, then pulled into a gas station when I noticed a whine coming from the belts where the GFB pulley kits are installed and turning the wheel became difficult at low speeds. Now turning the wheel is near impossible unless I'm in higher speed as if I lost all of my power steering. The whine gets louder at higher rpm's or when forcefully turning the wheel in either direction and seems to be coming from the left most pulley/belt. Freaking out a bit. Any idea what this could be?
