2006 WRX dies while idling

The engine was starting and running no problem when I first got the car. It would misfire under boost so I replaced spark plugs and swapped coils to see if that would help. Also replaced the in tank fuel filter and pump while I was at it. When I went to start the car again it would die suddenly while idling. This had happened to me before but it would start up and run afterward. Now it'll die after maybe a minute or less if I don't idle it up manually with the accelerator. I put a fuel pressure guage on it and the pressure is good. When it shuts down its very abrupt not like running out of fuel, it's just completely off. Not getting any codes other than the rest O2 sensor because of the catless downpipe. Any ideas what to check here because I'm at a loss. Car came with an aftermarket turbo on it and does sound like there's a small exhaust leak somewhere

start with looking for vacuum leaks. If u have a fog machine or smoke gun you can stick in in the intake with the engine off and see where it leaks out, or theres a million tricks for finding the leak if you google it.

Dont know if this will help but i had a problem where my STI would idle normal then drop rpm, then back to normal etc... Searching the forums led me to check the throttle body & intake manifold for oil. As soon as i cleaned this area the problem went away.
